About the Position
The Yale School of Management is seeking applicants for two tenure-track business school faculty jobs in the Marketing group. We welcome applications for Assistant Professor positions, with one opening in quantitative marketing and one in behavioral marketing. Candidates with experience may also be considered for Associate Professor (tenure-track).

Qualifications
Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree, or expect to complete one within a semester of starting. Relevant fields include Quantitative or Behavioral Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Psychology, Consumer Behavior, Organizational Behavior, Decision Research, or Behavioral Economics. We encourage applications from graduating students, post-docs, and recent graduates with strong potential. Experienced scholars may be eligible for appointment as Associate Professor if they meet Yale’s criteria.

Faculty and Research Environment
You will join a collaborative group of 14 full-time business school faculty. Our team includes experts in both behavioral research and quantitative research, fostering a dynamic environment for innovative business administration faculty work. New faculty are expected to conduct high-quality research and show leadership in their area of study.

Teaching and Mentoring
Duties include teaching at the graduate and/or Ph.D. level, as well as advising and mentoring graduate students. You will play an active role in shaping the next generation of business leaders and researchers.

Appointment Terms
These are full-time, tenure-track positions at the Yale School of Management in New Haven, Connecticut. Appointments will start July 1, 2026, for the 2026–2027 academic year. The initial appointment term is typically three years.
