Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following at the time of application:

• Hold a PhD (or international equivalent), or
• Be enrolled in a PhD program leading to completion of an equivalent doctoral degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Hold a PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, Sociology, or a closely related discipline
• Will complete the doctoral degree within six months of the appointment start date
• Demonstrate strong research potential in entrepreneurship or innovation
• Have not previously held a tenure-track faculty appointment (preferred for early-career applicants)
