Position Overview
The Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in Marketing starting Fall 2026. These business school faculty jobs are based in Santa Clara, California, and offer a chance to join a team known for excellence in Quantitative Marketing research and teaching.
Areas of Specialty
We are seeking applicants for:
• Position 1: Quantitative Marketing, with research in branding, advertising, business marketing, product innovation, or marketing channels.
• Position 2: Quantitative Marketing, focused on consumer marketing, CRM, or marketing technologies such as AI.
Key Qualifications
• A Ph.D. or ABD in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field is required by the appointment start date.
• A strong research background in quantitative modeling is needed.
• Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead a robust research program with publications in high-impact journals.
• Teach a range of marketing courses in undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Contribute to department, university, and professional service.

Salary and Benefits
• Salary range: $177,262 - $196,958
