Assistant Professor in Management Information System, Dubai

About the Role
The College of Business Administration at AUE is seeking a full-time faculty member with a Ph.D. in Management or a related field to teach and support our growing programs in Management Information Systems and related areas. This is an opportunity to join an AACSB-accredited business school located in the dynamic and global city of Dubai.

Specialization Areas
Faculty may teach in one or more of the following areas:

• Management Information Systems
• Computer Applications in Management
• Healthcare Analytics
• HR Analytics

Teaching Load
12 credit hours per semester

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-informed instruction using current pedagogical methods
• Develop and assess student learning aligned with course objectives
• Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement
• Publish scholarly work in peer-reviewed or indexed journals
• Engage in professional development and institutional service
• Provide academic advising and mentoring to students

Minimum Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Management or a related discipline from a university accredited by a U.S. or internationally recognized American accrediting body
• Completion of doctoral studies prior to the appointment
• Minimum 18 graduate credit hours in the field of specialization
• At least three Scopus-indexed publications or five peer-reviewed journal articles within the past five years

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of two years teaching or professional experience at an internationally accredited university
• Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate and graduate instruction
• Experience in curriculum development, digital classroom tools, and collaborative research

• Experience in digital tools and web-based instructional delivery
• Interest in serving the university and wider community
• (For Arabic-language instruction roles: Fluency in Arabic also required)
