Position Overview

The Business School of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) invites applications for full-time Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Full Professor, and Academic Leader of the Discipline positions in Finance/Accounting and AI.

Located in Shenzhen, China, the Business School emphasizes English-language teaching, applied research, and industry collaboration. Successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, and the school's academic development.

Required Qualifications

• PhD degree.
• English proficiency sufficient to teach courses entirely in English.

• Passion for education, an open-minded approach, and willingness to engage with companies and conduct applied research.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in companies, institutions, or organizations outside academia.
• International educational background and/or work experience.

About the SZTU Business School

Established in 2018, the Business School serves more than 1,000 students through small-class, English-language instruction.

Its academic programs include:

• Undergraduate: International Business, Marketing, and Financial Management.
