The American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) is hiring Assistant or Associate Professors in Management Information Systems (MIS) and related business fields. Position Overview

As a full-time faculty member, you will:

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate students
• Advise and mentor students
• Join campus life and professional activities
• Contribute to curriculum development and research

You may also serve as a global lecturer for partner institutions.

Key Teaching Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Management Information Systems, Business Technology, Accounting, or Finance
• Prepare lectures, class discussions, and practical assignments
• Follow and update course syllabi with approval
• Grade exams, quizzes, and assignments on Canvas
• Track student progress and provide clear feedback
• Support student success through advising and mentoring

Collaboration and Development

• Work closely with faculty on curriculum and research
• Stay current with new trends in information systems and business
• Join faculty meetings, training, and campus events
• Take part in peer review and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in MIS, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh PhD graduates are welcome to apply
• Teaching experience at a university level is preferred
• Experience in American or American-style universities is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort using learning platforms such as Canvas
