Assistant/Associate Professor – Business Analytics | AURAK

Position Overview
The School of Business at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) is seeking applications for a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor in Business Analytics. This role is open for Spring 2026. The successful candidate will teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, support the school’s growing research profile, and contribute to service within the university and community.

Responsibilities

• Teach business analytics courses across BSBA, MBA, and EMBA programs
• Produce high-quality research to meet AACSB “scholarly academic” standards
• Mentor students and foster an engaging classroom experience
• Contribute to curriculum development in business analytics
• Provide service to the university, professional discipline, and local community

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Business Analytics (or closely related field) from an accredited university
• Demonstrated record of published research or clear research pipeline
• University teaching experience in business analytics or data-driven disciplines
• Evidence of professional or community service
• Commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service
