About the Position
The Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University is inviting applications for a visiting scholar role in Corporate Finance for the Spring 2025 semester. This business faculty job is ideal for candidates with a strong background in finance research and teaching.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will teach three seven-week sections of Corporate Financial Policy. These classes serve our MBA and Master of Science in Finance students. You may choose to deliver all three sections in a single seven-week module or spread them across two spring modules. Beyond teaching, you will join our research community by attending seminars and mentoring junior faculty.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Finance from an AACSB-accredited university
  • Strong publication record in business or finance journals
  • Experience teaching Corporate Finance at the university level

About Owen Graduate School of Management
Owen is known for its focus on graduate and undergraduate business education. Over 600 students are enrolled in our MBA, Executive MBA, MS in Finance, Master of Accountancy, Master of Marketing, and Master of Management in Health Care programs.
