Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Marketing – Apply to Join a Leading Business School

Position Overview
Applications are open for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Marketing at the Faculty of Business and Economics. We welcome candidates at all ranks—Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor—for an appointment starting July 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. The initial appointment is for three years, with the possibility of renewal and future tenure consideration. Exceptionally strong candidates at the senior level may be considered for direct tenure.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Marketing or a closely related field
• Demonstrated research excellence with publications or advanced-stage papers in top marketing or business journals
• Strong teaching skills and a commitment to high-quality education
• Preference for expertise in consumer behavior or quantitative marketing

Salary and Benefits
A highly competitive salary is offered, matched to your experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes annual leave, medical benefits, and a contract-end gratuity. The University contributes to a retirement benefits scheme, with total contributions up to 15% of your basic salary. Housing benefits are also available. Salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
