Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Finance

About the Position
Saint Xavier University’s Graham School of Management is seeking a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Finance. This full-time faculty role starts on or about August 15, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

• Teach four courses each semester in finance and business math at both undergraduate and graduate levels
• Design and deliver courses using inclusive and practical teaching methods
• Participate in service and governance within the Graham School and the wider university
• Engage in scholarly research and maintain Scholarly Academic status
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and the wider campus community

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Finance or a closely related field is required
• ABD candidates who will complete their doctorate by May 2026 are encouraged to apply
• Proven record of teaching excellence is preferred
• Special consideration for expertise in International Finance, Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance, Insurance, or Risk Management
