The NZUWI (University of Waikato Joint Institute at Hangzhou City University) invites applications for full-time Lecturer and Senior Lecturer positions in the Finance Program. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated business faculty seeking to teach, research, and make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities
Economics:
• Design and teach core and elective courses for Finance students, such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Applied Quantitative Research Methods, and Big Data Analytics.
Finance:
• Develop and deliver courses including Financial Management, Investment, Computer Modelling in Finance, Financial Engineering, and Financial Risk Management.
• Contribute to the Finance Program’s curriculum and innovation.
• Participate fully in academic life: maintain office hours, support students, attend meetings, conduct scholarly research, and engage in university events.

Qualifications and Experience
Ph.D. in Finance or Economics from a recognized university
• At least three years of relevant teaching experience in Finance or Economics (experience with non-native English speakers is a plus)
• Strong communication, presentation, and research skills
• At least two years of study or work experience in a native-English speaking country
• Ability to demonstrate teaching effectiveness and commitment to academic excellence
