Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

  • Teach in undergraduate and/or graduate finance management programs, on-campus, off-campus, and online
  • Provide academic and professional advising to finance majors
  • Arrange and supervise undergraduate students in finance internships
  • Support the ongoing accreditation process and contribute to program development
  • Demonstrate professional growth and uphold the high standards of integrity expected at Gardner-Webb University
  • Collaborate with faculty and participate in team-based initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean

Eligibility and Qualifications
To be considered for this business administration faculty job, candidates should meet these requirements:

  • PhD or DBA in a finance field preferred; ABD will be considered
  • Experience in finance research or consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Record of successful teamwork and collaboration
  • Commitment to the mission of Gardner-Webb University
  • Previous teaching experience in finance preferred
