Position Summary
The successful candidate will develop, teach, assess, and maintain courses in finance across multiple degree levels, including the Bachelor of Science in Finance, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Science in Strategic Finance, and MBA programs. This faculty position supports Bellevue’s mission to deliver relevant and future-ready business school faculty jobs that align with the needs of students and employers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in finance, including Investments, International Finance, Risk Management, and Corporate Finance
  • Maintain and revise course content to reflect emerging trends and technologies in the finance field
  • Teach across multiple modalities (day, evening, online) with innovative and engaging methods
  • Mentor adjunct faculty teaching within the finance curriculum
  • Support and participate in assessment planning and implementation
  • Conduct research and stay professionally and academically qualified to enrich the classroom experience
  • Engage in service through university and college-level committees

Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Finance or related business discipline with substantial graduate coursework in finance
  • Preferred: CFA designation
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching and student engagement
  • Experience working with culturally diverse student populations, including international students
  • Preferred: Experience teaching in online or hybrid environments
  • Must be based at the Bellevue University campus; this is not a remote position
