Position Summary
We invite applications for a full-time Business Faculty position specializing in Accounting & Finance and Management Information Systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the region’s fastest-growing business school faculty jobs. The ideal candidate will combine academic excellence with practical industry insight and a passion for student mentorship and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate business courses and deliver global lectures at partner institutions
• Develop course materials, including syllabi, lectures, and class activities, aligned with university standards
• Evaluate student performance through Canvas using exams, assignments, and participation metrics
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students
• Participate in peer-reviewed research and contribute to ongoing curriculum development
• Remain current with innovations in business education and technology
• Engage in campus and professional development activities throughout the academic year

Required Qualifications

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related business field from an accredited institution
• Recent PhD graduates are encouraged to apply
• Preferably some teaching experience at the tertiary level, ideally within an American-style higher education system
• Demonstrated knowledge in the legal business environment and scholarly or practical contributions to the field
• Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student success
• Proficiency in using learning management systems like Canvas
• Ability to work effectively with diverse faculty and student populations
