Position Overview
AUPP is currently seeking a dynamic and highly qualified full-time business faculty member to join our expanding School of Business. We welcome applications from individuals with specialization in Accounting & Finance and/or Management Information Systems. Ideal candidates will bring strong academic and professional credentials, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to research and student development. We encourage both experienced faculty and fresh PhD graduates to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction to undergraduate and/or graduate students in business administration.
  • Serve as a global lecturer for partner institutions in your area(s) of expertise.
  • Design engaging lectures, assignments, and class discussions aligned with AUPP’s curriculum standards.
  • Use the Canvas Learning Management System to manage course materials and grade assessments promptly.
  • Evaluate students based on performance, participation, attendance, and coursework.
  • Collaborate with faculty on curriculum design and joint research projects.
  • Advise and mentor students to support academic success and career development.
  • Stay current with trends and advancements in business education.
  • Actively participate in campus events and professional development activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Fresh PhD graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Teaching experience in a U.S. or American-style university is preferred.
  • Evidence of academic or professional expertise in business law, finance, or MIS through publications, presentations, or work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to student-centered teaching and academic excellence.
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools, especially Canvas or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural academic setting.
