Position Overview
AUPP is currently seeking a dynamic and highly qualified full-time business faculty member to join our expanding School of Business. We welcome applications from individuals with specialization in Accounting & Finance and/or Management Information Systems. Ideal candidates will bring strong academic and professional credentials, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to research and student development. We encourage both experienced faculty and fresh PhD graduates to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction to undergraduate and/or graduate students in business administration.

Serve as a global lecturer for partner institutions in your area(s) of expertise.

Design engaging lectures, assignments, and class discussions aligned with AUPP’s curriculum standards.

Use the Canvas Learning Management System to manage course materials and grade assessments promptly.

Evaluate students based on performance, participation, attendance, and coursework.

Collaborate with faculty on curriculum design and joint research projects.

Advise and mentor students to support academic success and career development.

Stay current with trends and advancements in business education.

Actively participate in campus events and professional development activities.
Minimum Qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Fresh PhD graduates are encouraged to apply.

Teaching experience in a U.S. or American-style university is preferred.

Evidence of academic or professional expertise in business law, finance, or MIS through publications, presentations, or work experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to student-centered teaching and academic excellence.

Familiarity with online teaching tools, especially Canvas or similar platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural academic setting.
