Position Summary
The School of Business and Professional Studies is seeking a full-time faculty member to serve as Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Digital Marketing, combined with an academic leadership role as Associate Dean. This is a 12-month, non-tenure track appointment with competitive salary, administrative supplemental pay, and comprehensive benefits.

This unique position blends teaching, mentoring, and program leadership, offering the opportunity to shape the future of digital marketing education while guiding faculty and advancing the School’s strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities – Faculty Role

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Digital Marketing and selected business subjects.
  • Mentor and advise students to support academic and career growth.
  • Collaborate with faculty on program development and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to school and university service activities.

Key Responsibilities – Associate Dean Role

  • Lead curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation compliance.
  • Support faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance review.
  • Oversee course scheduling, enrollment, and resource allocation.
  • Drive program innovation and student success initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the School, university leadership, and external partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Terminal degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or closely related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years of exemplary online teaching experience in higher education.
  • Minimum 3 years in online program/course development.
  • Minimum 3 years in administration of online higher education programs.
  • Proven success working with nontraditional and adult learners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in digital marketing at a managerial or strategic level.
  • Expertise in course development for both traditional and competency-based models.
  • Knowledge of best practices in online teaching for adult learners.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and academic integrity.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $89,590 – $105,400 (based on qualifications, skills, and experience).
