Visiting Faculty Position in Strategic and International Management

Villanova School of Business, Department of Management and Operations

The Department of Management and Operations at the Villanova School of Business invites applications for a visiting faculty position for the 2025-2026 academic year. We seek candidates with expertise in strategic management and international management. This position primarily involves teaching strategic management courses in our MBA and undergraduate programs, with the potential to teach topics in international management. The anticipated start date is August 2025, and the selected candidate will report to the Chair of the Management and Operations Department.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses primarily in strategic management at the MBA and undergraduate levels, with the possibility of some teaching in international management.
• Provide service in alignment with the expectations of the role.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in teaching.
• Graduate degree in strategic management, international management, or a closely related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in strategic management, international management, or a closely related discipline.

Salary Information

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000.
