About the Role
We are hiring at all levels — Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor — in Sustainability Management. This role sits within the Business, Communication and Design (BCD) Cluster. You will join a team of experts who are passionate about teaching and industry impact through applied research.

What You’ll Do

• Teach and develop courses on sustainability management and strategy.
• Lead applied research projects that support sustainability goals.
• Work with industry on practical solutions for sustainable growth.
• Guide students in projects and real-world learning experiences.

Essential Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sustainability management or applied academia.
• Strong knowledge of environmental sustainability and business integration.
• Expertise in areas such as life cycle analysis, circular economy, carbon markets, sustainability road mapping, or change management.
• Understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations.
• Proven record in developing and delivering applied sustainability solutions.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in projects that integrate the three pillars of sustainability — economic, social, and environmental.
• Familiarity with sustainability technologies like carbon capture, utilization, and storage.
• Knowledge of carbon accounting standards such as GHG Protocol and ISO 14064.
• Experience with sustainable finance and carbon trading models.
• Strong ties with industry, academia, or government collaborations.
• Ability to build communities of practice linking business and education.
