Faculty Position in Finance, College of Business Administration

FACULTY POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN FINANCE PROGRAM

Number of Positions: 4 (Two female and two male faculty members required, all of Saudi Arabian nationality with graduate degrees from North American institutions)

JOB SUMMARY

The College of Business Administration at Prince Sultan University is committed to providing a world-class business education at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. We offer AACSB-accredited programs including Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Aviation Management, Finance, and Marketing, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

For the academic year 2025/2026, starting in August 2025, we are looking for faculty at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor levels. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:

• Financial Technology
• Financial Data Analysis
• Real Estate Finance
• Corporate Finance
• International Finance
• Asset Pricing

Candidates should be prepared to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, engage in research, supervise student projects, and contribute to the academic and administrative responsibilities of the college.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Located in north-central Riyadh, our campus is part of a continuously expanding university environment.

• Contract: One-year renewable contract, dependent on evaluations by the Dean/Director and students.
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on academic qualifications, rank, and teaching experience.

  • Round trip airfare for annual leave (for employee, spouse, and two children under 18).
  • Two months paid summer vacation, plus two local holidays (15 days each).

  • End-of-service gratuity starting from the second year of continuous service.
