Job Summary
The School of Business Administration (SBA) at AUI invites applications for full-time faculty positions in Business Analytics and Information Systems. The appointment level—Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor—will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a closely related field and be capable of teaching a diverse range of courses in these disciplines.

Successful candidates will be expected to engage in high-impact research, innovative teaching, and active service within the SBA and the broader university community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Analytics and Information Systems.
  • Maintain an active research agenda that contributes to academic excellence.
  • Engage in university and departmental service activities, including curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic program initiatives.
  • Participate in accreditation efforts (AACSB, EFMD) and contribute to the school’s global academic reputation.
  • Foster industry collaborations and interdisciplinary research initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated teaching excellence at the undergraduate or graduate level.
  • A strong research record with publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
  • Commitment to interdisciplinary teaching and research.
  • Ability to contribute to the university’s accreditation and strategic goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in AACSB-accredited institutions.
  • Experience supervising graduate research projects and theses.
  • Industry experience or applied research in business analytics, AI, data science, or digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies and innovative teaching methodologies.
