What You Should Know

CU Boulder has implemented a reference check program for final candidates for tenured faculty positions. This process allows the university to review a candidate’s past conduct at previous institutions, particularly regarding sexual misconduct, harassment, or discrimination, before making a hiring decision. All final candidates must complete an Authorization to Release Information.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $263,000 – $293,000 annually.
  • Relocation support is available.
  • Initial computer allowance provided.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, tuition benefits, and an ECO Pass for public transit.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A PhD (or equivalent) in finance, economics, real estate, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated excellence in research and teaching with a strong record of scholarly accomplishments.
  • A minimum of three years at the Assistant Professor rank (or equivalent).
  • A record of achievement that qualifies for tenure at the Leeds School of Business.
