Position Overview
We invite applications for a Full-Time Associate Professor in Business Information Technology. This role is ideal for experienced faculty seeking to further their career in business school faculty jobs or business administration faculty jobs. Join us to shape the next generation of business and IT professionals in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Management Information Systems, E-Commerce, Networking and Cloud Computing, Business Intelligence & Analytics, and Network & Cyber Security.
Supervise honors and postgraduate research projects.
Lead research initiatives to boost departmental publication output.
Provide mentorship and academic leadership to junior staff.
Engage with industry and community stakeholders to keep our business faculty programs relevant.
Participate in curriculum development and accreditation.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
A PhD in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
At least 10 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level, with proven excellence in student engagement, research supervision, and curriculum design.
A strong record of research and publications in reputable journals.
Experience in academic leadership or coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Conditions of Service
Associate Professor Salary: PGK78,441 – PGK95,873 per annum
Domestic Market Allowance (for citizens): K31,296 – K55,272 per annum
International Market Allowance (for non-citizens): K96,481 – K123,870 per annum
Final salary level depends on qualifications and experience.
