Position Summary
The Department of Economics and Finance at UNG invites applications for the J.T. Morgan Endowed Chair in Finance and Real Estate, commencing August 1, 2025. This tenure-track position, open to associate and full professors, spans ten months and is primarily based at the Gainesville campus, with potential teaching assignments across other UNG campuses. Responsibilities include instructing courses such as Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Finance, Principles of Finance, and other upper-division classes for both undergraduate and M.B.A. students. The endowed chair is expected to actively engage with the real estate community, conduct research on real estate and finance topics, and mentor students pursuing professional careers in real estate.
