About the Position
The Robert W. Plaster School of Business at Park University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in Management. This business school faculty job is located on our Parkville, Missouri campus, with a preferred start date in August 2025 or January 2026. The ideal candidate will have a doctorate in a business discipline or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Key Responsibilities
The selected faculty member will deliver high-quality teaching in both face-to-face and online formats. Responsibilities also include active participation in service and scholarship. This is a tenure-track role. For the Associate Professor rank, candidates must show a strong record of teaching, service, scholarship, and demonstrated leadership in an academic setting.

Required Qualifications
Qualified applicants must work well with colleagues in areas such as program development, assessment, student advising, and university service. The strongest candidates will have clear evidence of teaching expertise in two or more of the following disciplines: Analytics, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing. Preference will be given to those able to teach a variety of courses in the Business Administration core.
