Assistant/Associate Professor of Management – Business Faculty Position

About the Institution

Job Summary
We seek dynamic and entrepreneurial scholars for a faculty role in Management. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in scholarly research. A strong commitment to collaboration within an international academic setting is essential. Experience in engaging with the business community is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate and graduate management courses.
• Contribute to curriculum and program development, ensuring accreditation compliance.
• Publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present research at conferences.
• Collaborate with faculty members on research and academic initiatives.
• Serve on university and school committees as needed.
• Provide consistent student mentorship and supervision, including thesis and capstone projects.
• Maintain a teaching load of 3/3 for Assistant Professors or 3/2 for Associate Professors. Assistant Professors with a strong research record or potential may receive a reduced load of 3/2.
• Participate actively in university and community life.

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Management or a related field from an accredited institution by the start of employment.
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and research.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong commitment to academic service and societal engagement.
